There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. The focusing helicoid is a bit stiff, but it has a matching serial number. It is for Leica screw mount\/thread mount (LTM) and other E39 bodies. It has a 3\/8\" tripod hole, but it includes a 1\/4\" tripod bushing. This lens includes a plastic Leica front cap and generic metal rear cap. This lens is ready for use!
