I rate it cosmetically a (9+). The focus is smooth and the aperture functions properly. The glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. This is the M3 version with its spectacle goggles viewfinder attachment; the goggles show a minor scratch on the front and have faint haze present, but it does not affect use. It is for Leica M mount. This lens includes a front cap and a case. This lens is ready for use!
