There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. It is for Leica M mount and takes E43 filters. The hood and cover function as a front cap when reverse-mounted. This lens includes a leather Leica case, a clip-on metal Leica hood (12586), a plastic Leica hood cover (14163), a plastic Leica rear cap (14269), and the original box. This lens is ready for use!
