The glass has no fungus, but there is faint haze near the front element, along with coating marks and a few specks of dust inside. It is for Leica screw mount\/thread mount (LTM) and other E39 bodies. This lens includes a metal Leica front cap and a generic plastic rear cap. This lens is ready for use!
