The focusing screen has some faint marks, but is otherwise clear, and the battery compartment is corrosion-free. The included Pentax 105mm f2.4 Takumar SMC prime lens, #8490074, is in similar condition, also rated an (8+). The focus ring is smooth, but the aperture ring is a bit stiff. The aperture functions properly and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. The included Pentax TTL meter prism viewfinder, #590002, is also rated an (8+). The finder is clear, but the meter does not function. The slip-on shutter speed ring that sits between the body and the TTL finder has detached from the finder, but is still usable when placed between the two components. The camera uses one (1) 6V battery (not included). It comes as-is with no additional accessories.
