I rate it cosmetically a (9+). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the viewfinder opens and closes, but the glass is ever so slightly cloudy due to age. The built-in Zeiss 10.5cm f3.5 Tessar lens, #2099599, and Deckel Compur-Rapid shutter, #4202824, are in similar condition, also rated a (9+). The lens extends and retracts properly and the bellows is not deteriorating. The shutter speed ring and aperture tab are smooth, but the focus ring is a bit stiff. The shutter is accurate at all speeds, the aperture functions properly, and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. This camera includes a Billingham Avea 5 case (Sage Fibernyte\/Chocolate Leather), #0000599629, with a polished brass nameplate detailing the manufacture date of the camera and its components, and a 3\/8\" to 1\/4\" tripod mount adapter.
