Shipping Policy

At Camera West, we take great care in preparing every shipment. Our goal is simple. To ensure your equipment arrives safely, promptly, and exactly as expected. If you ever have a question about your shipment, we are always here to help.

Shipping Carrier

All orders ship exclusively via FedEx. This allows us to provide reliable delivery, accurate tracking, and secure handling for the equipment we entrust to shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Same Day Overnight Shipping

For overnight shipments, orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

Signature Requirement

For security, all orders valued over $250 require a direct signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your shipment is received safely and placed into the correct hands.

Delivery and Support

Once your order has been transferred to FedEx, it is considered in transit. While carriers operate independently, we remain available to assist with any shipping concerns and will work with you and the carrier should any issues arise.

Camera West reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
