This was always a sharp lens and now with the new enhanced viewing capabilities on the Leica M ev 1 and on the Leica M11 Monochrome, it is possible to achieve an even better focusing experience. A great Leica lens has gotten better.

The Leica thumb support in my view is a must have and very worthwhile accessory. It adds great ergonomic support when picking up the camera and when framing an image. The Q bodies don't have a side grip like on some larger bodies. As such, it can accidentally slip from your grip if not careful. I dropped my original Q a few times but then added this accessory for my upgraded Q3. The support does block the hotshoe, but I don't use a flash so this is not an issue for me. The support is well designed and perfect for the Q series.
For me this is a great camera. So far like it, Don't need to put an EVF in the hot shoe and can put any lenses i want and get fast shape images. As a bonus it is even slightly lighter. Sean is the easiest and more straight forward person to work with. Happy with poroduct and happy with the source, happy with Leica
