The Leica Cine Play 1 is a portable 4K laser projector that puts a 65 to 300 inch picture on the wall from a box you can carry room to room. A direct triple RGB laser paired with a Leica Summicron zoom lens gives up to 3,000 lumens and more than 100% BT.2020 coverage, so color and contrast hold up without blacking out the room, and Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG are all supported.

The aluminum housing with its glass front weighs about 14.7 lbs, light enough to move but heavy enough to stay put once you set it down. Autofocus and automatic keystone square the image up quickly, and a 0.9 to 1.5 throw ratio leaves real flexibility in where you place it. Black levels still come down to the surface you project onto, which is why Leica recommends an ALR screen; if you want help working out throw distance or picking a screen for your room, our team can go through it with you.

Triple RGB Laser

The light source is a direct triple RGB laser rated for more than 25,000 hours, which is where the color comes from. BT.2020 coverage is over 100%, contrast runs up to 1500:1 (up to 2,000,000:1 dynamic), and Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and HLG are all supported. Leica Image Optimization (LIO) handles the tone mapping and gradation.

Set Up Anywhere

At roughly 14.7 lbs in an aluminum housing, the Cine Play 1 is meant to be moved. A 0.9 to 1.5 throw ratio covers image sizes from 65 to 300 inches, and automatic focus and keystone correction get the picture square without a menu dive. Auto keystone works best when you are square to the surface; off-axis placement usually wants a quick manual adjustment.

Smart TV Built In

VIDAA U7.6 runs on board with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and YouTube preinstalled and mapped to buttons on the aluminum remote.
