Inspection Notes
This 55mm polarizing filter comes from Leica's circular polarizing filter line. It is made to improve color contrasts, enhance image quality, and reduce unwanted reflections from glass, water, or any other shiny surfaces. It has a degree of filter factor that is impacted by the set polarizer. This reduces the light coming through the lens. When this happens, you can make exposure adjustments in manual mode.
Made out of the same aluminum materials in Leica M lenses, this has also been manufactured with optical standards. It also uses high-grade optical glass, making it lighter than its predecessors.
All pre-owned items carry a 90-day Camera West warranty covering the item functioning as intended by the manufacturer. Vintage gear may require extra patience and care.
Beyond our 90-day warranty, we're here to always support you and the product throughout its life cycle.
Our Pre-Owned warranty is only extended to the original purchaser from Camera West.
All shipments are fully insured; orders over $150 require a signature. FedEx Express 2-Day and Overnight within the US. Returns accepted within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
