Our Pre-Owned warranty is only extended to the original purchaser from Camera West.

All shipments are fully insured; orders over $150 require a signature. FedEx Express 2-Day and Overnight within the US. Returns accepted within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Every pre-owned item is tested, inspected, and photographed in-house by our team. Cosmetic condition is graded on the scale below; anything affecting function is disclosed in the inspection notes.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and this is why we offer a 24-hour inspection period. Once the item has landed, we invite you to confirm that the item is exactly how we described it and it meets the expectations set in this listing. If it does not, we'll return and refund the item, no questions asked.
