We utilize various shipping carriers, with FedEx Express being our primary choice for 2-Day and Overnight shipping within the US, as well as International deliveries.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. This fee is not for profit, but to cover the costs associated with selling an item. Each return is evaluated individually, and we strive to minimize this fee. In many instances, we waive it entirely if the refund credit can be applied towards another item in the store.

Please note, all returned items must be in the condition in which they were shipped. If the items are returned in a different condition, we will not be able to accept them.

We highly recommend visiting us in person to experience our fine photographic tools before deciding which tool best fits your needs. Please note that our inventory is distributed among our three stores, and what you see online may be at any of these locations. Below are a few points that we’d like to make in order to meet your needs for in store pick up.

The location of each item is indicated online. For convenience, you can choose to pick up your item at any of our stores. Once purchased, the item should be ready for pick up within 4 hours at the designated store, although this might vary depending on the store's busyness and time of day. We request that you wait for a notification from us confirming that your order is ready for pick up, to ensure the best service.

If your chosen item is not available at your preferred store, we can transfer it there after purchase. If you want to pick up an item at a different store, select that store for pick up during checkout, or choose a regular shipping method and let us know your preferred pick up store via support@camerawest.com or by responding to your order confirmation email.

We offer a concierge trade-in program for the gear you'd like to upgrade, cross-grade, or simply pass on to a new owner. This enables you to acquire the tools that fit your specific needs. The easiest way to trade is to bring your gear into one of our stores and meet with us in person. However, we also accommodate those who can't visit our stores. Our online process is both personal and simple.

To begin, fill out the form on our Trade // Sell page with the details of the fine photographic equipment or watches you'd like to trade in. One of our team members will then contact you to confirm any details we might need for an accurate estimate. We will provide an estimate that doesn’t only look at the value of your trade in but the whole picture of where you want to go. If the estimate is satisfactory to you, we can provide a shipping label for you to ship your gear to one of our stores for a final inspection and store credit. Finally, we apply that credit towards your new gear!

Surprisingly Exceptional

I have ownd and used several Fujifilm and Leica and Nikon cameras over the years. I've seen each manufacturer improve their products, with occasional stumbles, but overall incrementally improve. This camera, though, is a surprising leap ahead of Fujifilm's other digital cameras. As of this writing, I have read the other reviews here, and agree with everything they say, so I won't repeat all that here.

This is no Leica, so don't expect that same exact feel. But neither is it a bigger X100VI. It's in a class by itself, based on my experience. Yes, if you are a Fujifilm user, you will find familiar things, particularly the menus and settings, and some design philosophy DNA make it obviously a Fujifilm product. That's where the similarity ends though, and in a good way. And the overall feel and quality are right up there with Leica, though very not-Leica, if that makes sense.

Complaints? Sure, because I am details-oriented and very critical. The on-off switch moves way too easily and sticks out too far for my long fingers to avoid. The command wheels move a little too stiffly, and I often press the switch in while getting enough friction to rotate the rear one. I keep expecting this to annoy me or cause problems, but it hasn't. When switching from my other Fujifilm cameras, it takes about 3 minutes to readjust to this stiffness, and I find the solid feel to outweigh any initial annoyance. Will they get more free-wheeling over time? I will find out.

Other annoyances - still minor and easy to adjust to (if this were the only camera I used, they would disappear at some point). The quirky sound the lens motor makes sometimes when switching on and off or into and out of playback mode. I had to get a leather half case with the wooden thumb grip (stick-on) to feel confident using one hand (a bad habit). But really, never have I felt like I overpaid or would sell it any time soon because of any of this. None of this interferes with my enjoyment or creative process.

Does this replace any of my other cameras? Nope. It's unique and provides me with inspirations and results I can't get from any of my other gear. Would I choose it if I could only have one camera? Very likely! And that's saying a lot - I have several cameras I would have difficulty parting with, so the competition is stiff.

Truly beautiful camera

This camera is beautiful to behold and beautiful to use. To me, it feels wonderful in the hand and is a joy to use. I know that not everyone finds the ergonomics comfortable, but I find the camera very easy and natural to hold. (For context, I am a 78 year old woman with medium size hands). The controls are intuitive straightforward. I actually prefer it over the Leica Q series. The dials give very easy control in classic Fuji form and the camera is light and fast. The image quality is outstanding. To my eye, the image quality is superior to the Leica Q series -- the images are more detailed and have as much if not more character. I have had no difficulty managing the very large RAW files in Capture One. Lightroom CC struggles quite a bit, but it also struggled with the Leica Q343. This is a truly outstanding camera for a wide range of uses and for the reasonably skilled enthusiast.

The camera drives thought...

I'm a multiple Leica camera and lens owner. I visited the Camera West Store in SoHo, NCY and saw their line of Fujifilm cameras, including the GFX100RF. Thanks to a sales guy who knows the Fuji line inside and out, I was intrigued when I left the store and bought it soon after getting home. I thought it would be good for me to learn a new system (not that I have the Leica SL system down pat), and that's reaped real benefit for me and my photography. It's rapped for only an F4 lens and does not have stabilization, but neither render the camera not worth buying and loving it.

An important and very serious camera for optimal image taking

Lives up to the hype. Same size as, but lighter than my M11 with grip. I love this camera for travel, especially for the weight/size and IQ (mostly the dynamic range). Looks best in black, silver a bit fake looking. I do think this camera needs a 2.8 aperture though, as there’s really no way to knock out backgrounds unless up close to subject. Takes some time to adjust to the Fuji menus if not a Fuji shooter. The joystick is not well engineered. Did not miss IBIS or OIS. One of the best landscape and travel cameras made if you like the 28mm focal length.
