About This Watch:
The Breitling Navitimer 92 Patrulla Aguila Ref A30022 is a limited edition timepiece made for the Spanish Air Force Acrobatic Team, with a production run of only 1000 timepieces. Released in the early 1990s, the Patrulla Aguila features the classic Navitimer dial layout in a 38mm case, with detailing on the sub-dials that includes the Patrulla Aguila text as well as the logo of the Spanish Eagle Patrol (Patrulla Aguila) underneath the 12 o’clock position.The History: Breitling was established in 1884 by watchmaker Léon Breitling. His patented chronograph designs quickly gained popularity amongst industrial, military, and scientific markets. Their innovative designs, technology, and reputation for reliability and functionality continue to make Breitling a mainstay in the watchmaking world today.
The Details: The Breitling Navitimer 92 Patrulla Aguila features a 38mm polished stainless steel case with a sapphire crystal and a bi-directional rotating bezel with a telemeter scale. The case back features the Patrulla Aguila logo in relief and the production number of this timepiece. The blue dial features Arabic-style numerals, a 3/6/9 sub-dial layout, baton-style hour and minute hands, and a seconds-hand with the Breitling logo “B” as the counterbalance. Powered by a self-winding Caliber 30 Chronograph movement, the Ref A30022 has a water resistance rating of 50 meters.
The Condition: This Breitling Navitimer 92 Patrulla Aguila is number 161 of 1000 numbered pieces. There is some wear on the case and lugs that are consistent with a timepiece of this age. This timepiece includes both outer and inner boxes, a limited edition certificate, the warranty booklet, the Breitling distributors booklet, both instruction booklets, and a black alligator Breitling strap with stainless steel buckle.
