Inspection Notes
This Leica M-P (Typ 240) Safari (Olive Green) full-frame digital rangefinder camera body, #4935425, is in excellent cosmetic condition with very slight signs of handling. I rate it cosmetically a (9+). The camera is in proper working order; the sensor is unmarked, the viewfinder is clear, the memory card slot reads & writes, and the rangefinder is bright & accurate. A protective film has been applied to the top plate and shutter speed dial. The included Leica 35mm f2 Summicron-M Asph prime lens (Silver), #4322481, is in similar condition, also rated a (9+). The focus and aperture rings are smooth, the aperture functions properly, and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. It is for Leica M mount. This set includes two Leica BP-SCL2 batteries, a Leica BC-SCL2 battery charger, US, EU, and car charging cables, a silver clip-on metal Leica hood, a silver slip-on Leica front cap, a plastic Leica rear cap, a plastic Leica body cap, a tan leather Leica neck strap, a tan leather Leica memory card holder with brown felt insert, an interior presentation box, the original instructions & outer box, and a generic plastic hot shoe cover.
