M7 50 Jahre Titanium, 50mm f1.4 Asph, Boxed 3000115

This Leica M7 50 Jahre Titanium 35mm film rangefinder camera body, #3000115, is in excellent cosmetic condition with very slight signs of handling. I rate it cosmetically a (9+). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the viewfinder is clear, the shutter is accurate at all speeds, the meter functions properly, the rangefinder is bright & accurate, and the battery compartment is corrosion-free. There is extremely faint haze visible when shining a light through the viewfinder because the camera was bought new and kept sealed and unused for so long, but it is not noticeable when looking through the finder. The included Leica 50mm f1.4 Summilux-M Asph prime lens (Titanium), #3982115, is in similar condition, also rated a (9+). The focus and aperture rings are smooth, the aperture functions properly, and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. It is for Leica M mount. This listing includes a titanium threaded metal Leica front cap, plastic Leica rear cap, plastic Leica body cap, a Leica presentation case, leather Leica lens case, leather Leica neck strap, the 50 Years Leica M book by Gunter Osterloh, the original instructions & box, and a Certificate of Authenticity. It uses either one (1) 3V battery or two (2) 1.5V batteries; the vintage 3V battery that Leica originally included is still included, but it should not be used due to its age.
