Inspection Notes
This Minolta Maxxum 9000, #17012423, is in good condition with some handling wear. I rate it cosmetically an (8+). The camera is in proper working order; film advances properly, the meter functions, and the battery compartment is corrosion-free. The top LCD display is broken, but not necessary to use the camera. The included Minolta Maxxum AF 35-105mm f3.5-4.5 and Minolta Maxxum AF 70-210mm f4 lenses are in similar condition, also rated an (8+). The focus rings are smooth, but the zoom rings are a bit stiff. The autofocus and apertures function properly and the glass is clean and clear with no haze, marks, or fungus. There are a few faint specks of dust inside, but they do not affect image quality. The included Minolta MD-90 is also rated an (8+). The electronics function and the battery compartment is corrosion-free. This listing also includes front & rear caps for both lenses, a lens hood for the 35-105mm, and body cap. The camera body uses two (2) AA batteries and the motor drive uses twelve (12) AA batteries (not included). Please refer to the photos for details.
