At its core is a newly developed 44.3MP full-frame CMOS sensor and a 779-point Phase Hybrid AF system, both of which build on the success of its predecessor. The camera’s 44.3MP full-frame sensor, combined with the upgraded L2 Engine, strikes a balance between resolution, speed, and low-light performance. It supports burst shooting up to 40 fps with continuous autofocus and offers a High Resolution mode that can create stunning 177MP stills—even handheld—using sensor-shift technology.
