Was in need of a wrist strap and this store had great options. Happened to run into the maker of the wrist strap who was in the store during the opening weekend. Great material, well crafted. Excited to use it!

The Q3 43 combines everything that I need for my personal style of photography at this point in my life. I have used Leica M bodies, film and digital, for decades. I bought the M's so that I could use the wide variety of superb Leica lenses. Lenses in the 'Normal' range of 40-50mm have always suited my personal shooting style best. My two go-to lenses for walking around are a APO 50 and an old Summicron-C 40mm. The Q3 43 is the sweet spot for me.

I live in the Pacific Northwest where it rains a lot! The Q3 43 is weather sealed, my M11P, M11M, M6 and M lenses are not. My 80 year old eyes make manual focusing difficult. The Q3 43 Auto focus works great for me.

For me, the Q3 43 is the one camera to carry when I only want to carry one..your mileage may vary. And, the cost of the Q3 43 is only 45% of the combined cost of a M11P and APO 50mm!

I went to your store in Walnut Creek for some advice on Fujifilm receipts. Ash who works there was phenomenal. I have never had such great service and patience with me.. She took her time and explained how to input recipes onto the camera. It’s people like her that will always make me come back to your store. At this point it’s not about the price but the customer service.

He was quite patient in his dealings with me. His knowledge and thorough comparison of the other products helped me in making the purchase. He stayed on the phone to answer all my questions and or doubts. He was also quite respectful in his dealings with me. He did not make me feel like he was in a hurry to get off the phone.

I could had bought the products from another store. I have dealt with various individuals from other stores but did not came across someone like him. I also plan to purchase future products from him.

Staff is the beat

Seems to work well with my 35 year old Hasselblad 500cm. The files are very big, over 200 MB. Having a good computer is a must.

So grateful to finally acquire my grail camera and Camerawest Walnut Creek has always been my go to for all things photography related for the past few years. I’ve always received the best customer service and superior attention to detail with my interactions and trades. Sad they will be leaving Walnut Creek soon, but excited to visit the upcoming SF location next year.
