He was quite patient in his dealings with me. His knowledge and thorough comparison of the other products helped me in making the purchase. He stayed on the phone to answer all my questions and or doubts. He was also quite respectful in his dealings with me. He did not make me feel like he was in a hurry to get off the phone.

Staff is the beat

Seems to work well with my 35 year old Hasselblad 500cm. The files are very big, over 200 MB. Having a good computer is a must.

So grateful to finally acquire my grail camera and Camerawest Walnut Creek has always been my go to for all things photography related for the past few years. Sad they will be leaving Walnut Creek soon, but excited to visit the upcoming SF location next year.

The Hasselblad X2D II body fits my needs exactly. I recognize that its sequence shooting is slower, but I have no need for that. I have found that the autofocus is fast and accurate. As well it tracks eyes and faces well. I am a fan of simple menu systems and this camera delivers. I have no need for 90% of the options offered by Canon and Sony. The images out of the camera are superb. I cannot recommend this camera highly enough.

Very easy to install, comfortable and substantial enough for heavier load with a larger lense.

Excellent size, design, color, capacity, shape, should er strap is comfy. Thank you Tom for picking it off the shelf and handing it to me !!
